Our CMS supports multiple languages, categories, floors,
countries, and buildings in the same area. By using an API, promotional
messages can be pushed to your app in the device that carries customer’s unique
identifier.
Docent CMS for Shopping Malls application manages malls with
hundreds of stores. Each store’s profile organizes them into one or more
categories: Food & Beverage, Electronics, Fashion, Service, or by a
broader, more generic category. Each store’s profile displays their description,
location by floor, hours of operation, contact information, store website URL,
and whether it includes dining facilities. If the store has a dining facility,
it can be tagged by the type of cuisine offered.
Shops can also be categorized by Target demographics, Women,
Kids, Family, or Entertainment under Occasion field. Notices can be pushed to
everyone on the floor or to a certain targeted population. Notices might be
about extended holiday hours, events, or other notices that customer might not
normally be aware of.
Promotions can be combined with Accufencing™ so that
customer would be able to receive specific notifications or promotions when
entering a pre-defined perimeter. These notifications can also be pushed to the
whole building or a particular floor without Accufencing™. Using Docent’s
Content Management System (CMS), managing those deals just got easier.
CMS for Chain Stores can be used effectively for
restaurants, department stores, and supermarkets with multiple locations, where
the chains can be located on different floors in different malls around the
world. In malls encompassing several buildings, chains can be located by unique
building names. The CMS for Chain Stores can identify a mix of franchises operated
by the same franchisee.
Once store locations are in the CMS, a store owner can
launch events, promotions, workshops, seminars or send other notices. The
information can then be displayed on their websites, kiosks, and on a variety
of marketing channels through the use of an API in order to integrate the
information into your systems. The information can be delivered in real-time or
at designated times and days with specific expiration dates. Once integrated
into your website, social media posts can be created and deliver customers to
your website’s landing page. Such promotions can be tagged to specific stores
and locations. Promotions can also be linked to a fenced perimeter.
Docent’s CMS for Museums gives you the ability to manage
several museum locations and different languages. Once in a particular
location, category and floor attributes can be easily modified. Categories of
museum assets can be created, such as Archeology, Ceramics, Prehistoric, etc.
Collections for special exhibits can be created in order to assign specific objects
to that collection.
Each object’s profile can display images and their assigned
categories. Objects can also be searched across different categories.
Descriptions in different languages can be edited with such information as
artwork dimensions, artist’s name, period the piece represents, and location of
origin. Audio files may also be uploaded for each object in different
languages.
CMS for Museums also feature a simple Membership Management
for small museums or galleries. Email addresses of members can be collected for
those who have downloaded your app, signed in to your website or opted in for
SMS text messages.
